About Me
I’m Kenneth Rahe, a licensed Certified General Appraiser and Auctioneer. I am 69 years old, married with two children and two grandchildren. I am a lifelong resident of Morgan County, IL and have prior experience selling John Deere farm machinery for 13 years prior to pursuing appraisal and auction services 32 years ago.
I graduated from Triopia High School in 1971 and earned a B.S. in Agricultural Science from Western Illinois University in 1975. I now reside in Bluffs, IL and maintain my small family row crop and Angus cattle operation.

Appraisal Experience
Starting as a State Licensed Appraiser in 1992, I became a Certified General Appraiser in 2000. Since beginning, I have completed well over 2,000 appraisal reports across west central Illinois for new purchases, refinancing, federal and state estate taxes, estate planning, estate and divorce settling and family divisions. I specialize in farm equipment and rural property – farmland and recreational appraisals. I take annual continuing education courses to maintain my license.
Auction Experience
I graduated from the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City, MO in the summer of 1992 – the same time I completed my appraiser coursework. I have conducted numerous auctions from advertising to final settlement for farmland, real estate, farm and livestock equipment, vehicles, antiques, collectibles and other personal property. My auctioneer license is #440 00258.
