This land was originally deeded in the early 1800’s by the US President. The McNeely family acquired the land in the 1930s, four generations ago. Since then, the McNeely’s of Philadelphia and Jacksonville, IL and the Broekel’s, of MA and NH have worked successfully with the Devlin family of Ashland, IL.
